This policy explains what information Versatile Reserve LLC, doing business as The MCA Leads ("we," "us"), collects through themcaleads.com (the "Site") and how we use it. The Site is a business-to-business service for lead buyers; it is not directed at consumers or children.
1. Information we collect
- Information you submit. When you place an order, request a quote, start a subscription, or use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, order details and any notes you include.
- Order records. Invoice details for orders you generate on the Site.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on the Site. The order builder uses your browser's session storage only to hand your order from the order page to the invoice page; it stays on your device.
2. How we use it
- To fulfill and deliver orders and subscriptions, send invoices and order confirmations, and respond to your requests.
- To contact you about your order, quote or subscription by phone or email.
- To keep business records we are required or reasonably need to keep.
We do not sell the personal information of Site visitors or customers.
3. Service providers
Form submissions and transactional emails are processed by third-party providers on our behalf (currently Web3Forms for form delivery and EmailJS for order confirmation emails), and the Site is hosted by our hosting provider. These providers process your information only to deliver those services to us.
4. Retention
We keep order and subscription records for as long as needed for business, accounting and legal purposes, and inquiry messages for as long as useful to serve you.
5. Your choices
To review, correct or delete information you've submitted through the Site, email sales@themcaleads.com or call 754-800-5268, and we will respond promptly. Note that we may need to keep records of completed transactions.
6. About the lead data we sell
The business-lead data we sell to buyers is collected separately from this Site and consists of business contact and business financial information provided by merchants seeking funding. Buyers are contractually required to use it in compliance with applicable law — see our Terms of Service. If you are a merchant who wishes to have your information suppressed from our data, contact us at the email above and we will honor your request.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
